Privacy policy

Last updated September 14, 2026

Lucria is operated by STIXCO LLC ("Lucria," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information Lucria accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares when you use the service, including information received from Google APIs.

Information we access and collect

Depending on the features you choose to use, Lucria may process:

  • Account information — information you provide when creating or managing a Lucria account and creator profile.
  • Creator and performance information — data you provide or authorize Lucria to access for creator analytics, product research, recommendations, reporting, and content-planning features.
  • Google Gmail data — when you explicitly connect Gmail, Lucria requests the gmail.readonly and gmail.sendpermissions. Lucria uses Gmail access to identify and organize potential brand-deal correspondence, understand relevant deal conversations, prepare recommendations and draft replies, detect replies in tracked deal threads, and send a reply when you explicitly choose to send it through Lucria.
  • Content you submit — such as notes, creator preferences, videos, links, or other material you provide to Lucria to use a feature.

How Lucria uses Google user data

Google user data is used only to provide, secure, and maintain the user-facing Lucria features you request. For Gmail, this means helping you manage creator-business correspondence and brand-deal opportunities, including identifying relevant messages, organizing deal threads, generating deal intelligence and suggested replies, and sending messages you direct Lucria to send.

Lucria does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.

Google API Limited Use disclosure

Lucria's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How information is processed and shared

Lucria may use service providers to host, secure, or process information needed to provide the service. For features such as brand-deal classification, term extraction, and reply drafting, relevant Gmail content may be processed by AI service providers solely to generate the user-facing result requested through Lucria. Information is disclosed to service providers only as necessary to provide or secure those features, subject to applicable contractual and policy requirements.

We do not sell your personal information or Google user data. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the security and integrity of Lucria, or as part of a corporate transaction where permitted by applicable law and Google's policies.

Human access to Google user data

Lucria does not permit employees or contractors to read Google user data except when you have given explicit consent for support involving specific data, when access is necessary for security or abuse investigation, or when required by law.

Storage and security

Lucria uses technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect user data. Data is transmitted using secure protocols. Stored application data is protected with access controls, and Google OAuth credentials such as refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. Lucria separates account data so users cannot access another user's private information through the application.

Retention and deletion

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Lucria, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Disconnecting Gmail stops future Gmail access and removes Lucria's stored Google credential after revocation. Deal records already imported into Lucria may remain in your account after disconnecting until you separately delete your Gmail-derived deal data or delete your Lucria account, subject to any retention required by law.

Lucria provides account controls for deleting Gmail-derived deal data and for deleting your Lucria account. You may also request access to or deletion of your Lucria account data by emailing getlucria@gmail.com. We will process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

Your choices

Connecting Gmail is optional. You choose whether to authorize Google access and can disconnect or revoke that access. At launch, Lucria does not automatically send brand-deal replies: you review the exact reply and explicitly confirm Send before a message is sent through your connected Gmail account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Lucria changes. If we materially change how we use Google user data or other personal information, we will update this policy and provide notice or request consent where required before using data for a materially different purpose.
