Terms of service

Lucria provides software for creators and affiliates, including creator-business organization, content planning, product and opportunity intelligence, analytics, editing workflows, and tools for managing brand-deal correspondence. Features may use artificial intelligence to classify information and generate recommendations, drafts, or other suggested output.

Some Lucria features require you to authorize access to third-party services. If you connect Gmail, you authorize Lucria to use the Google permissions shown during the Google consent flow to provide Gmail-connected features such as identifying relevant brand-deal messages, organizing deal conversations, preparing deal intelligence and suggested replies, and sending a message when you direct Lucria to send it.

You can disconnect connected services or revoke their permissions. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to that provider's terms and policies.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the security of your credentials, and all activity you authorize through your account. You may connect only accounts and data that you are authorized to use.

Lucria can provide recommendations, scores, drafts, and other AI-assisted output, but those outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not guarantees of results. You remain responsible for reviewing important information and for business decisions you make using Lucria. Where Lucria provides an action such as sending a brand-deal reply, that action is performed at your direction.

You may not use Lucria to violate applicable law or another service's terms, send spam or unlawful communications, access information you are not authorized to access, compromise another person's account, circumvent platform safeguards, interfere with Lucria's operation, or use the service in a manner that harms other users or third parties.

Our Privacy Policy explains how Lucria accesses, uses, stores, and shares information, including Google user data, and is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Lucria is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google or TikTok unless expressly stated otherwise. Availability of integrations can depend on third-party APIs, permissions, policies, and service availability outside Lucria's control.

We may modify, add, suspend, or discontinue features as Lucria develops. We may also impose reasonable technical or usage limits to protect service reliability, security, or third-party platform compliance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucria is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Recommendations, predictions, analytics, and AI-generated outputs do not guarantee revenue, sales, deal acceptance, content performance, or any other outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, STIXCO LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Lucria.

You may stop using Lucria and disconnect connected services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, nonpayment when applicable, or violation of these terms.

We may update these terms as the service changes. We will update the date above and provide additional notice where required by law. Continued use after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms where permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
